Since being back in Virginia we have been very busy. As you can see by the above picture we have been to the beach. The girls loved floating in the water and playing in the sand. Following the beach we went blackberry picking which was very busy. We made jam and pies with them. We have been back again to get more and to also pick blueberries. Freshly picked fruit is the best!
Not soon after arriving we made a trip up to Maryland to visit Scott's family and drop his mother off. We spent a day at the beach and then ate crabs at a local restaurant. It was a lot of fun seeing everyone since it had been almost a year.
Rebekah and Kara enjoy each other's company and usually play well together. They are always very goofy and have great imaginations when playing together. Kara talks a mile a minute and likes to push the limits but her feisty spirit makes life fun. Rebekah is a good big sister and helps with baby Anna. She is getting ready for kindergarten soon. Anna is getting bigger every day. She is settling into a schedule which makes life easier. She loves to nap in her yellow bouncy chair and sleeps well at night. She just started to smile which is always fun to see.
